THE POWER OF SILENCE

To be happy in silence is something very genuinely important in life. Many of us feel very lonely when there is no one to talk or no one to share our feelings, thoughts, emotions. We have to replace lonely feeling from our mind with love i.e.  “SELF LOVE”. You have to love the silence, because in silence you actually look into you. When you look into you, you can get more and more clear understanding about who you truly are. There are some most important questions in everyone’s life. Whose answers we search from people around us, from our loved ones. We think people who understands us will be able to find answers. While searching answers to fundamental questions we unknowingly hurt people especially our parents, close ones by forcing them. As we are unaware of the fact that no one can know you better than your own self.

Questions like: 

Who you truly are?  What you want to do in life?  What makes you happy?

Instead of asking these questions to own self, we fill our mind with unwanted thoughts, pain from past, fear of future and we feel exhausted by thinking so much. By doing so we unknowingly decrease our mental strength. Silence has the power to heal us completely. Silence doesn’t mean not talking with anyone else. Silence is to know the beauty of this life. We have to 100% take our own responsibility. Living life means experiencing each and every single moment with presence of mind. We usually feel sad when we are alone, we think people don’t love us, don’t understand us, that is why we are alone and neglected etc. etc. Daily give time to yourself, make it a habit of practicing silence. Let go of What hurts you. Be focused and enjoy present moment. You will start loving yourself. When you have selflove, you are happy with yourself and the world around you will also start loving you. Be honest to your feelings. Now a days we often thing someone must be always there to love us. Major problem is seeking love from others. Journey of being in present and going through learnings and importance of silence is not easy. In the beginning emotions like fear, anger, past pain, doubts, stress will make chaos. Right now, our head is so noisy that we cannot hear our own voice. Successful people use moment of silence to nurture the voice inside them. Give your inner monologue the opportunity to speak. Practice at least 10 minutes a day to be silent with yourself and be thankful to the supreme power for all beautiful things in life. It will help you to do much more amazing things in life with happiness. Moment of silence provides you clarity of thoughts.  It is to be utilized to enjoy the present moment. So, as you become comfortable with silence you will hear your wisdom loud and clear. Practicing silence helps us to trust our instincts and value our own opinion. This takes time and practice. Try to be in present and give thanks for all the little things in life. When you will try to focus deeply in yourselves and practice gratitude, you will be able to attract more beautiful things in life. For this to happen you have to be COMFARTABLE with your SILENCE.
